Clay Richards President

Clay Richards is President of NaviHealth.  Prior to joining NaviHealth, Mr. Richards served as the Vice President of the Health Plan Market for Healthways, Inc., the leading provider of disease management and wellness services.  Previously, Mr. Richards served as the General Counsel for Healthways, where he was responsible for all legal and regulatory matters as well as advising on strategic relationships and M&A activities.  Before joining Healthways, Mr. Richards practiced law at Bass, Berry & Sims in Nashville, Tennessee, where he specialized in corporate and securities law.

Ken Botsford, MD Chief Medical Officer

Ken Botsford is Chief Medical Officer of NaviHealth.  Dr. Botsford most recently was Chief Medical Officer at HealthSpring for Alabama, southern Mississippi and northern Florida.  He has 23 years of experience in internal medicine and infectious diseases, and has served in numerous consulting roles and Medical Director roles, as well as Chief of Staff of a hospital.  Dr. Botsford also co-founded an independent practice association (IPA) and an electronic medical record company.

Rick Glanz Senior Vice President of Networks

Rick Glanz is Senior Vice President of Networks and oversees development and management of post-acute networks and customer relations.  A founder of SeniorMetrix, Mr. Glanz has more than 25 years of healthcare experience, including more than two decades as a skilled nursing home operator at the facility and multi-facility level.  Mr. Glanz has lectured across the country on topics such as Medicare reimbursement, skilled nursing management and finance.  He is often published in skilled nursing facility periodicals and regularly consults to the post-acute industry.

Chris Crabtree Chief Operating Officer

Chris W. Crabtree is Chief Operating Officer for NaviHealth.  Mr. Crabtree most recently served as the Executive Vice President of Operations for MedSolutions.  He served on the executive leadership team and was responsible for growing the operations to support over 30 million lives across the country.  His operations was awarded the J.D.Powers & Associates "Outstanding Customer Service Experience" in healthcare for 2007, 2008, 2009, and 2010.  Prior to MedSolutions, Mr. Crabtree was the Senior Vice President of Operations for Countrywide Bank (now Bank of America).

Carter Paine Senior Vice President, Business Development

Carter Paine is Senior Vice President, Business Development.  Mr. Paine has more than a decade of operating, investing and transactional experience all focused on healthcare services.  Prior to joining NaviHealth, he served as Vice President of Health Evolution Partners (HEP), a healthcare private equity firm.  Prior to HEP, Mr. Paine worked at Healthways and Jefferies & Co.

Reg Warren, PhD Vice President of Science & Analytics

Reg Warren is Vice President of Science & Analytics.  He has more than 25 years experience in administrative, clinical, and research aspects of rehabilitation in the federal and private sectors.  Mr. Warren has developed scales, predictive models and reporting for more than 700,000 Medicare risk lives for the company's health plan clients.  He is a nationally recognized expert on the relationships between payment methodology and the cost and measurement of clinical outcomes in post-acute care.  His work has been published in numerous academic and trade publications.

Greg Hamrick Vice President, CIO

Greg has more than 14 years of experience in IT leadership roles primarily in the healthcare industry.  Prior to joining NaviHealth, Mr. Hamrick served as the Director of Information Services at Renal Advantage; a dialysis services company, now owned by Fresenius Medical Care. Prior to Renal Advantage, Greg held various IT Management roles at CHD Meridian Healthcare, and held IT Finance roles at ING/Reliastar.
